Wholesale Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

– Must be a business, retailer involved in the sale and use of Horticultural plant products.

2. Application

– Complete and submit the wholesale application form

– Approval is at our discretion.

3. Minimum Orders

– Annual spend to maintain wholesale status $1,000.00 (HST included) 

4. Pricing and Payment

– Wholesale pricing is for approved customers and may change without notice.

– Payment terms: Net 30 days from invoice date on approved credit only 

– Overdue accounts past 45 days will incur a monthly intereset charge of 2% 

– Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, ETF, Visa or Mastercard.

– Visa and Mastercard payments will incur a 2% surcharge for payments on invoices over 35 days.

5. Shipping

– Shipping costs borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

– Delivery times vary.

6. Returns

– Accepted for defective or damaged goods only.

– Request returns within 5 days of receipt.

– Goods must be in original packaging and condition.

– Customer pays return shipping unless it’s our error.

7. Confidentiality

– Keep pricing and terms confidential.

– Do not disclose to third parties without consent.

8. Termination

– We can terminate accounts at our discretion.

9. Liability

– Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

– Liability limited to the amount paid for the products.

10. Amendments

– We can amend these terms anytime.

– Customers will be notified of changes.
