Description

Geum Cosmopolitan forms a low mound of coarse, dark green, pinnate leaves. Slender burgundy stems rise above the foliage with ruffled semi-double flowers that blend creamy white, soft apricot, and rosy pink.

Plant it in full sun or partial shade in fertile, moist but well-drained soil. The airy flowers suit border fronts, cottage gardens, containers, pollinator plantings, and cutting gardens.

Water during dry periods, remove faded flowers to encourage more buds, and divide crowded clumps every few years to keep the plant vigorous.
