Description
Delosperma aberdeenense Hot Pink spreads into a low mat of fleshy gray-green leaves and carries masses of brilliant pink to pink-purple, daisy-like flowers with yellow eyes from spring into autumn.
Grow it in full sun and poor, sharply drained soil, where it suits rock gardens, gravel beds, slopes, border edges, and containers. Water sparingly once established, protect it from winter wet in cold areas, and take stem cuttings in spring or summer when more plants are wanted.
