One Year Limited Warranty

Another reason to think of Blomidon Nurseries is our Warranty program, which is available to both wholesale and retail customers. A rarity in the business, most available plant material will be guaranteed for a year if it does not survive on the condition that it is planted and maintained according to instructions. Just provide a picture of dead plant, along with the original receipt and you will get a full credit for your purchase towards a comparable replacement
*There are some exceptions, of course. Clearance plants don’t qualify. With wholesale purchases, the warranty is only available at a nominal additional cost. On some more fragile plants, only a 6-month warranty can be offered. These include Hibiscus, Magnolias, Butterfly Bushes, Japanese Maples, perennials in cell packs and potted fruit trees, as well as any plants listed as Zone 6 in our catalog. The customer is responsible for any difference in price if a replacement is only available in a larger size. Annuals, packaged fruit or plants purchased bare root are not covered under the warranty.
The warranty will only cover a replacement plant or one of comparable value. It does not have a cash value.
We encourage remembering that plants are living things and need time to establish themselves, and to recover from shock, especially after transport. Please do not dig up and return plants that still show some signs of life, even if those signs are faint. In the event of concerns, please call us, and we can discuss options if the life of the plant is still in doubt.

No Hassle Returns
If you’re not happy with your purchase for ANY reason, you may return your purchase based on the following within the time noted:
Within 10 days from date of purchase
Within 10 days must not have been worn outside
Trade Goods (Fertlizers, Grass Seed, Tools etc)
Within 10 Days product may not have been opened or used
Within 10 Days
Nursery Stock Items
Within 10 days
Products must be alive and in good health
Returns will be provided in the tender type used at time of purchase.
